As an Interactive Designer on Square’s central marketing team, I designed, built, and deployed web pages to Squareup.com. I worked cross-functionally partnering with different teams within Square including product teams, communications partners, onboarding, and SEO. Additionally, I helped create and update component libraries to unify and standardize the design approach for other interactive designers working on the Square website.
Square for large business
This was a multi-locale refresh of Square’s web page focused at enterprise level businesses. Originally slated as simply an optimization, the scope eventually gave way to a top to bottom refresh including net new interactions, motion elements, and a deeper look into the user journey of the page.

Because of the deep need for this page to be extremely locale driven, we decided to rethink the location selector function, elevating it to the hero section so visitors can quickly switch their preferences with ease.
Square Press page
This was another multi-locale update to an existing Square web page. This time around it was kicked off as a ground up refresh and treated as it’s own a micro-brand since the page is actually made up of 3 different locations, the Press “homepage,” the press release archives, and a page for visitors to download Square logos.
